Does anyone know the name of a short lived saturday morning dog cartoon about a team of dog superheroes?

It was on after Sonic the Hedgehog on ABC. The dogs wore armor/protective suits. There might have been a Golden Retriever and a Rotweiler and a dog in a straight jacket/muzzle. My roommate and I think it may have been a short lived cartoon. Anyone know the name?
