There are some formulas that would determine theoretical changes from altitude, temp, air density etc.

Most have very little use for practical civilian shooting … and contrary to what you see on the “Military Channel” not much use to the “boots on the ground” grunt either.

To correct for crosswind, you need to know distance to target, projectile speed and the wind speed to construct a wind triangle problem.
