How Can I force my Flash to work? I have Canon digital Rebel XTi ..?

I just got my Canon Rebel XTi today, and can’t figure out how can I set the flash to work in every photos that I take. In other words, I want forceful flash, Doesn’t matter how bright the scenario is, I want the flash ..

So, Can any one tell me step by step, how to do it in Canon Digital Rebel XTI ?
