Looking for a HDD camcorder that will allow me to to capture a video frame as a digital still picture. Ideas?

Hitachi offers a Video-To-Still feature in their DVD camcorders, looking for the same thing but in a HDD camcorder for ease of use. Am looking for atleast 2MP resolution on the digital still capability.
