Disney stole my stories for pirates of the Caribbean the first three?

I wrote a book when I was a teenager the story in all three movie takes place in my book. what could I do i still have the book I wrote in a note book.

There is nothing you can do, unless you have proof of copyright, which you don’t.

But seriously? You wrote a book about a blacksmith who becomes a pirate, becoming embroiled in a decades old conspiracy of undead pirates, involving blood sacrifice and aztec treasure? Then after THAT, he gets involved with an octopus-man on a ship of dead fish-men, his friend gets eaten by a giant mythical sea beast and he later has his heart cut out and takes over the captaincy of the octopus man’s ship(which is now no longer crewed by fishmen) and can only visit his wife every ten years?

Yeah, well…that’s an easy mistake for Disney to make.
