What special equipment do I need to make voiceovers besides a laptop, mic, and headphones?

I’m looking for certain makes of laptops, sound cards, programs, and other devices to make it a professional mobile studio, not a junky one.

First thing will be a really decent mike. You may have to pay a couple of hundred bucks for one.

That, and a quality analog to digital digitzer.

The rest of the stuff shouldn’t be bad, but the capture and conversion is critical.
